Charlotte was admitted as a Solicitor in 2024 and works alongside Tamara and Peter in family law matters. She has been admitted to practice in the Queensland Supreme Court and the Australian High Court, enabling her to provide legal services across both Queensland and Federal jurisdictions.

Although recently admitted, Charlotte worked with Hensen Maxwell Solicitors as a Law Graduate where she gained significant experience and exposure to the myriad of different people and matters, whilst soaking up all information and knowledge like a sponge from our senior staff and other legal professionals. This has created a wonderful foundation for Charlotte and means that, whilst new to the profession, she has a solid foundation and is capable beyond her years.

Charlotte is passionate about family law, finding great satisfaction in helping clients navigate complex personal matters with care, professionalism, and empathy.

Charlotte focuses on assisting clients with a variety of family law issues, including divorce, property settlements, and parenting arrangements. She is committed to learning and growing in her field, bringing a fresh perspective and strong attention to detail to every case she handles.

Outside of her legal work, Charlotte enjoys travelling and discovering new places. These experiences allow her to recharge, broaden her horizons, and bring renewed energy and perspective to her professional life.
