In 2023, Denise Maxwell Solicitors changed the business name to Hensen Maxwell Solicitors Pty Ltd to recognise the new partnership between Denise Maxwell and Tamara Hensen. We remain the same dedicated firm that Denise established in 1998, and our ethos and commitment to our clients and the local community has not changed.
At Hensen Maxwell Solicitors, our team has extensive experience in Family Law, Property Conveyancing, Wills and Estates, Litigation, Commercial Law some other areas of law. We will look after your legal stuff, letting you focus on what you do best.

BOUTIQUE BRISBANE LAW FIRM
Hensen Maxwell Solicitors recently moved to Yeerongpilly, on Brisbane’s southside as part of the new Yeerongpilly Green Shopping Centre. Before that, Denise Maxwell and the team spent 25 years in the Yeronga area.
If you can’t make it to our office, we provide both virtual (Microsoft Teams) or telephone appointments to assist you wherever you are located. In some circumstances, home visits within Yeronga and surrounding suburbs can be arranged.
